Send us your references, preferred jewelry type, metal, stone, size, budget, and any date you have in mind. We create rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and more.
Our team reviews the design, materials, and practical details with you. We will explain what can be made and discuss any adjustments needed.
Before production, we confirm the agreed design, specifications, price, and estimated timeline with you. Custom work begins once the details and order are approved.
Your piece moves through our own production, fulfillment, and customer care team. Our rings are handcrafted, with attention to the details that make them yours.
Standard production takes approximately 21 business days, with shipping time additional. Bespoke designs may require a different timeline; we will confirm it before your order.
For rings with a lab-grown center diamond, we provide the corresponding IGI report for the center stone. This does not apply to accent stones or every jewelry design.
Custom and engraved pieces are excluded from voluntary returns. Please review our refund policy before ordering. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
