Refund policy

Effective October 16, 2026. Earlier orders retain the policy applicable when purchased. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over this policy.

Requesting a return

Contact support@ulricaring.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and, for a fault or incorrect item, clear photos. Keep the jewelry unused, unaltered and in its original packaging. We will email the return address and instructions after reviewing your request. Please do not ship to an address elsewhere on the site without authorization. Use tracked return shipping.

Eligibility and charges

Non-quality returns and exchanges incur a 35% restocking fee based on the item price paid. The customer pays change-of-mind return shipping; we cover return shipping for confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect goods. Ordinary promotional purchases follow these same eligibility rules.

Engraved or bespoke pieces, specially modified stone types or sizes, altered band designs, and custom ring sizes outside US 3–9 are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Replacement pieces and damage from misuse are excluded from ordinary returns. These exclusions do not remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Exchanges and sizing

One exchange is available per eligible item. Size exchanges carry the same 35% fee; resizing is not free. Any difference for the replacement is payable. Contact us for resizing feasibility and a quote.

Changes and cancellations

Request cancellation before dispatch. Cancellation fees are 0% within 24 hours, 15% from 24 to under 48 hours, 20% from 48 to under 72 hours, and 30% from 72 hours onward, measured from purchase to your first request. Changes requested after 48 hours incur a 15% order fee plus any price difference. After dispatch, the return policy applies.

Refunds and delivery problems

After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Bank processing may take longer. If a refund has not appeared after seven business days, check with your payment provider and contact us. Parcels returned for an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may incur the 35% fee for a non-quality refund; contact us first so we can investigate.

Consumer rights

Where an applicable statutory cancellation or return right applies, including an EU 14-day withdrawal right, it prevails over conflicting fees or exclusions above. Contact us to exercise your rights. Personalized goods may be subject to statutory exceptions.
