Find a comfortable fit
Use the size system shown on the product page. For the most reliable result, ask a local jeweler to measure the intended finger using a band of similar width. Tell them if you plan to stack rings.
Measuring at home
Choose a ring that fits the same finger. Measure the straight inside diameter in millimeters, excluding the metal edges.
Alternatively, use a purpose-made ring sizer. It should fit securely and pass over the knuckle comfortably.
Repeat at different times when your hands are at a normal temperature. Paper or string measurements can stretch or compress, so use them only as a rough cross-check.
Send us the measured inner diameter or circumference, the size system and the product link if you need help. Do not convert between national size systems by assuming that the same number means the same fit.
Before ordering
Check the selected size carefully. Wide bands and stacked rings may fit more snugly. For a surprise gift, a well-fitting ring from the same finger can help; finger size cannot be reliably inferred from height or weight.
Resizing and size exchanges
Resizing is not free. Feasibility and the quote depend on the design and size change; full-eternity or intricate settings may have limitations. An eligible non-quality size exchange incurs a 35% restocking fee and any price difference. Contact support@ulricaring.com before arranging an adjustment or return.
